Dr. Pendleton is absolutely wonderful. She is thorough, extremely knowledgeable and talented. I had a major posterior neck surgery needed for stabilization, decompression and fusion. I am doing extremely well and have had no pre surgical problems or pain. I can't thank Dr. Pendleton enough for taking such great care of me!
Didn't like her, she wasn't caring or empathetic. She literally said "there's nothing I can do for you" and only spent 5 minutes with me but of course when she's billing my insurance company, she will claim she spent way more time with me. What's baffling to me is her secretary/receptionist told me initially when I called, that the doctor will review my xray films and they will call me if I'm a candidate for surgery. So when they called me to schedule an appointment, I was so elated and hopeful that the doctor can help me. W... read more
