I've owned quite a few Fords over the years and therefore I've been to many Ford dealerships to have my vehicles serviced. Courtney & Patterson I found to be in the top 10% of all the Ford dealerships nation wide for numerous reasons such as, when I call to book in they always accommodate my preferences with dates, they always have a loan car available, friendly service everytime, they always wash my vehicle inside and out and I could give dozens more reasons. Best vehicle service experience I have ever had. Fast, good communication and very thorough.
I’ve lost confidence in this service centre after repeated concerning experiences. On my most recent visit, I was told my car had a “severe coolant leak from the water pump” and quoted around $1,500 for urgent repairs. I have never seen any sign of coolant loss, overheating, or leaks in my vehicle, so this diagnosis did not make sense. On a previous service, my car’s stop-start system stopped working immediately afterwards, even though it had been functioning perfectly before.
