If could rate 1 start I would since last year august I been complaining about mold in the apartment and not is done since. I went back in January and I report it again because I have both my kids in the apartment especially my 7months old baby that’s been exposed to the mold and still are. April is a bad manager I went to her so many times and she keep telling me it’s not mold to the point I have to get a mold tech out of my pocket and pay. I will be seeing you guys in court. Enough is enough. You don't have to pay me the deposit you can keep it. I assume my old apartment is rented by now and I am yet to receive my deposit. No issues. Will see you in Broward at the courthouse
Worst complex ever right now my mom and her attorney taking out a lawsuit for them. My mom moved since December and she can't get her the deposit these people are low and unprofessional. My mom love to warn before she takes action. She warned them now it's action time. You will pay more than 400 bills now. She calls non stop no one answers. Don't rent over here they don't do anything and that new lady in the office worst than the others.
