Courtney helped me change my life! She is incredibly skilled at what she does- I've been seeing her for over 2 years now, and she's helped me work through anxiety, grief, and PTSD- working with her has been life altering! I'm incredibly grateful for her and the work she does.
Courtney is about truth and authenticity. Through her, I learned who I was capable of being and it set me free.
Courtney repeatedly tried to push a therapy style on me that I was not interested in. She lied to me and violated my trust. When she decided, without warning, not to see my any longer, she canceled our appointment via e-mail and refused to answer my questions about why she was "referring me out." Indeed, she refused to offer any actual referrals. She simply left me hanging after I returned from an inpatient treatment program. Courtney is an absolute gem. It's always stressful for me to consider finding a new mental health professional; I haven't had great experiences in the past. Since day 1 I found Courtney to be kind, welcoming, empathetic, sincere, supportive, encouraging and an excellent guide to help me identify and work towards my goals. All of the things you want in someone in this role are present in her, in abundance. I've benefitted so much from her guidance and am very optimistic for the future as well.
