I had Courtney Inc. come to my home in Irvine to look at repairs for my dormers after poor work from a previous roofer. I did not expect such high standards on a smaller roofing job, but Roger showed up and my wife and I could tell right away he was experienced, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He was dedicated, responsible, and clearly skilled with roofing, dormers, gutters, and related exterior work. Roger offered smart ideas and practical solutions to help extend the life of my roof, improve drainage, and plan for futu... read more

I waited a while before posting this so I could see how the new roof held up over time. I had a new roof installed on my home, and the whole roofing process went very smoothly. The team was easy to work with, quick to answer my questions, and clear about each step of the job. Not long before the roof work started, I had a brand-new deck put in at the back of the house. The roofing crew was very careful to protect the area, cover everything properly, and make sure no nails or debris were left behind that could damage the deck... read more

This was my first time going through a full roof replacement and an insurance claim, and the experience with Courtney Inc. was smooth from start to finish. Jorge and the crew explained the roofing claim process clearly, answered all of my questions in an honest and easy way, and kept me updated at every stage. They arrived on time for each appointment, sometimes even a little early, and always looked professional. They worked directly with my insurance company, which made the whole project much less stressful. Any time I had... read more

They removed the old wood shake roof quickly, installed new plywood decking, sealed the seams, added underlayment, and finished the home with new composition shingles along with fresh skylight, vent, and plumbing flashings. The whole roof replacement moved fast and smoothly, and it was impressive to see how efficiently the crew handled every step. The cleanup team also did an excellent job, carefully hauling away all the old roofing mate... read more

I recently had my roofing work completed and I’m extremely pleased with the results. The price was fair, and Ayden was very helpful and patient while guiding me through the shingle and color choices. He even went the extra mile to provide sample boards and helped me through the permitting process, which made everything much easier. The roofing crew was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. The workmanship was high quality, they kept the job site clean, and they completed the project in one day just as promised. I... read more
