Best real estate agent! She helped my wife and I find a home and was there for us throughout the entire process. She was able to show us the homes we wanted to look at as soon as they became available and she also answered texts and calls in a timely manner. She really helped answer a lot of questions as a first time home owner. Courtney has a great personality and just made our home buying process so much easier. I would recommend her to anyone especially those looking to buy their first home.

Courtney did a great job and keeping us updated on new homes listed and new homes we would possibly be interested in viewing. She went above and beyond on the negotiating process. We will be using her again if in the market for a new home and we will be suggesting her to all of our friends and family!

We were referred to Courtney by a friend and I am so glad that we had her list our home! She had a photographer out to our house in a very short amount of time and even expedited our listing so we could get it on the market in time for the weekend. She's a straight shooter and we loved that about her. I need to know the truth, not what someone thinks I want to hear. We definitely felt like Courtney was 100% on our side as the sellers and she certainly looked out for our best interests!

Courtney and her team were amazing from start to finish. They were responsive to every question we had, were super fast to r resolve problems, and even helped us with a home warranty claim after the sale was complete. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Courtney to anyone looking to purchase a home. I told her the price, area, lot size, and type olf home I was looking for and she really came through. I was an out of state buyer and whenever I called or emailed her she immediately responded. She coordinated everything from getting me a mortgage lender, to conducting a final inspection of the home since I was out of state. I have Courtney to thank for my new home and wish I could rate her higher than 5 Stars

Cortney and her team were absolutely an Invalable asset to our home buying process we would have had so many issues without them. They went way above and beyond even straitening our lender out on a few things. I’m pretty sure they did allot more than was required. A huge benefit to having them was that we never had to wait on them for anything their part was done yesterday. I would highly recommend Courtney.
