Exceptional is truly the best way to describe Courtney! She is absolutely amazing at what she does — professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, punctual, and incredibly responsible. What I appreciate most about Courtney is that she genuinely looks out for her clients. She works hard to find the best possible deal, always keeps your best interests in mind, and makes you feel like you have someone truly representing you throughout the entire process. She is reliable, communicates well, and goes above and beyond. If you’re loo... read more

Courtney has been managing my property in Morro Bay for over five years. She is highly competent. I had water intrusion damage issues and she took care of all of the notifications, Insurance and HOA correspondence, the replacement of Drywall flooring, and doors . She’s available via text messages, phone calls or emails. She’s very responsive and twice she replaced my tenants fir me. I have never had a nonpayment issue,a Late fee or a complaint from my HOA .

We been working with Courtney for the last 4 years. We were in need of someone to manage our 2 rentals in Morro Bay. She kept them rented, found quality tenants, collected rents, handled any issue that came up. This last March we decided to sell the property. Courtney took charge. She staged the house with wonerfull vintage furniture after a thorough cleaning. House sold in 2 weeks at 9k over asking price. My wife and I are so pleased with here handling of our property. We recommend her highly

I was selling a property that I inherited and was living 300 miles away from. Courtney handled everything including the upgrades, new flooring, paint, & staging the unit & she got me a fair price in a strange housing market. She made the whole process so easy, i literally had to do nothing.
