we received a postcard from Courtney regarding buyer interest in our area, we have been toying with the idea and looking for homes closer to the central valley so we could be near family. I took her postcard as a sign that this was something we need to start pursuing, I called Courtney ASAP to find out more and it has really helped to have someone knowledgeable to guide me through this possible transition which I hope leads to someone finding their dream home.
