I’ve been attempting to have dr grimsrud remove a plate she put in in 2018 for upwards of 4 years, and her office has made me repeatedly come in for check up and imaging and then never schedules me for my surgery. I have called over and over again, her staff is rude and inept at scheduling. It’s clearly a money grab since o have established myself as a patient more than once. I recommend you not try to schedule with her or UC health offices she works with because they won’t take care of your needs. I’m a self employed single... read more
Dr Grimsrud is a wonderful surgeon, and I enjoyed how straight forward she was and felt safe under her care. Her team in office however leaves something to be desired. I’ve waited for her scheduler to call me back for years. That’s not an exaggeration. I have called multiple times over several years trying to schedule a follow up surgery, and her office has failed to call me back each time. They are very informative, answer all my questions, provide appropriate healthcare advice, and are very pleasant and professional. They pay close attention to my concerns and questions.
