Hidden agenda, they do with-hold information upon signing a lease. Yes, the move in deal was nice for a 2Bed/2Bath unit but I wasn't made aware of the water, sewer, trash fees, or the fact that there was only one trash compactor in the entire apartment complex until the day that I came to sign my lease papers. I originally picked a 1st floor unit and within a week I wanted out. I think they have high levels of lead in their water. Mislead you on money until it's too late – They mislead you on money until it's too late not to lose money. I only lived there for a week and a half and already paid them $2,260. My apartment rent is $ 960 per month. How I paid them so much money? I will explain more. Especially for them I open website and I promise to maintain this site, do a blog, publish, and ensure that people do not fall for it with this crooks again! More will come
Courtney Downs should never have a positive review !!!! – They have a huge issue with lying to tenants and making them pay full price for replacing the whole apt w/new carpet even with one stain in one little area. This happened to a family member of mine and a friend that moved out 2 months prior to that. They state they are "unable to just patch the area because the company is not manufacturing the carpet any longer" A stain that was a small size in the living room cost him $600, my family member $742.My apt was flooded...... read more
Worst apartment experience ever - Courtney Downs in Englewood, Colorado – Think twice if considering renting an apartment at Courtney Downs. This may seem like a nice place, initially, but as a former renter, I can shed a little light on what you would not want to get into, and what is difficult to get out of.
