The patient services we receive for OHI SLEEP is inadequate. My husband and I have to wait too long to schedule appointments. Our insurance requires us to meet criteria to have them continue to pay for our machine rentals. We do not want to find our selves in a place that they stop paying.
Staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. The environment is relaxing and all concerns were addressed.
Courtney is fantastic! She’s very knowledgeable. She made suggestions regarding how to get the mask to leak less and even made a referral through the equipment provider to try a different mask to see if it would work better. She’s the best!
My experience with Dr. AIBANGBEE, was the worst experience I’ve ever had on boarding with a doctor. Therefore, I asked for a change. Courtney was great and redeemed my first 3 months of a challenging on going experience with sleep therapy. I believe you should consider reevaluating Dr Aibangbee As a part of your team.
