Problems! Mice, they send exterminator who puts poison inside the home, and in the garage near the kitchen entrance. Then, there are flies because of dead mice. Found out from a professional that the rule for pest control is poison outside, traps inside. Needed my refrigerator replaced. They brought a used one, it smelled really nasty. Then, it leaks and I was finding puddles of water on the floor. Called manager and she said maintenance would come. Next day, I contacted maintenance directly. I wish I could give this place 0 stars- the landlord is awful, he raises the rent every single year for everyone but the amount depends-one year it’s by $15, the next it’s by $100, there’s no rhyme or reason to it and no updates are ever done in the area or in the individual townhome. If your appliance needs to be fixed or replaced, they’ll get you a used one. The landlord does not answer calls or respond to messages, neither does the office manager. Horrible maintenance and very poor communication with the property manager. Do not live here! They try to get as much of your money as they can. They tried to raise my rent but I disagreed because they didn’t give me a proper notice. When I moved out, they charged me an extra day. I asked the manager and the director but they all ignored me. I had a work order open for 6 months. Unbelievable.
