Terrible place to live, 1000% unsafe. Two cars were stolen from their parking lots in less than a month. And the worst part is that they know who they are and do nothing. The people in the offices have zero empathy for the residents... Total disappointment.
Toured here and it was pretty gross, they couldn't be bothered cleaning bugs/cobwebs inside the model apartment (more than several) and trash was littered around the units
Within my 3 years of living here. Management has been changed at least 3 times. And with each experience of new people working in the office any issues that needs maintenance, it either gets quickly overlooked or delayed until you acknowledge them CONSTANTLY of the problem.
The apartment is big and spacious but the building it self is not strong and makes a lot of noise specially when you leave at the 2nd and the 1st floor Sleeping becomes your problem when you working in the morning. and people running walking. Cleaning of the property is a problem . The management do not really respect anybody they talk to you any how they want.it takes for ever to have maintenance fixed a problem for you. they charge water bill you don't even know how they charge, even though you did not use it, you still ge... read more
