Honestly - I have never lived in an apartment with such great staff, they amaze me regularly with how above and beyond they go for their residents. As for the lofts themself - they are great, I’m honestly astonished that I live at such a nice place for such a reasonable price.

I lived at Courthouse Lofts for 3 years and absolutely loved it. The staff is extremely helpful and my maintenance requests were always taken care of the same day. I love the modern look of the apartments and the heated parking. I also could never hear anyone when I was inside my apartment - and I was right by the elevator.
I moved in Courthouse Lofts in August. I must say it is by far the most beautiful building. I ABSOLUTELY love my Loft. I love that fact that it is huge for a one bedroom and I also love my view of Grand. I love the huge windows and it’s like the apartment is sound proof you can’t hear a thing. I just love everything about my Loft. I have to mention that Sarah is sooo amazing. I always love her upbeat personality and she’s always so helpful. I WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE COURTHOUSE LOFTS A TEN IF I COULD.����
