I would be weary of this group. Their sister company, Courtesy Plumbing, gave me a quote in March which was to compete with a NyTech quote. They quoted me their baseline model and compared it to NyTech’s best, most efficient model and took a down payment of $100. I wanted to get a quote comparable to NyTech’s base model, but they couldn’t match that price or their previous company’s quote in March. Water leak from corroded pipe turned into total house pipe replacement. I was told the HUGE price was for pipe replacement and drywall repair. What they didn't tell me was that all the tile that they had to remove from the showers was NOT covered. Fighting with insurance months later to get it fixed. Expensive job, (which they were very fast in me signing contract), turned into more hidden repairs that I was forced to pay out of pocket. Horrible communication, borderline fraudulent.
