Updated: Affordable absorbed Courtesy, hence the different names used here. After Affordable took over I was explicitly told they would honor me as a customer. Reached out today and was told they don't service my area, which is a complete reversal. The gentleman was nice and professional, but wouldn't offer a referral either, so I'm entirely disappointed by the interaction. These guys are awesome. Prompt, respectful, and just great people overall. I had a late in the day service call that ended up being more extensive and required some time spent to track down the location of a compromised pipe. Fixed. Thank you guys!

We had a slight scare when we smelled a bit of a gas odor coming from our furnace room. Affordable was able to get a technician out same day. Their technician, Steve, was an absolute gem. He was very personable and informative. He took interests in our concerns and was easy to talk to. We didn't realize this company was from Colorado Springs and we are in Castle Rock. They were more than willing to make the drive and we are glad they did. This company brought peace of mind and the price was worth the experience.

I would be weary of this group. Their sister company, Courtesy Plumbing, gave me a quote in March which was to compete with a NyTech quote. They quoted me their baseline model and compared it to NyTech’s best, most efficient model and took a down payment of $100. I wanted to get a quote comparable to NyTech’s base model, but they couldn’t match that price or their previous company’s quote in March.
