Service I just took my car in for maintenance. The drop off was hassle free as was the pick up. As usual, the only additional work suggested was for issues I already suspected. In the past, I wasn't much for getting my car serviced at a dealership. Since I've gotten my Honda, I've been very happy with the service and never feel as if the mechanic is trying to add unnecessary services to my bill. That was my past experience at other dealerships. I've been very happy with my Honda and the service I receive at Courtesy.
I love my Honda! I recently purchased a New Honda from Courtesy and got world class service. I sent price quotes to all the local Honda stores in the Tampa area, and they were the first to respond and had one of the two lowest prices up front. After narrowing it down to just those two stores I asked for the "out the door prices" from both stores. Getting the right car I traded in my 2011 Toyota 4-Runner (Trail) for a 2014 CRV-EX-L. The sales staff went out of their way to locate the specific car I wanted(it was in Georgia), shipping it down, then proceeded to give me the deal I was expecting. Was it easy? You bet. The hardest part of the deal was waiting for the car to arrive at the dealership and then, as always, the paperwork.
Thank You Courtesy Honda Repair- Service was fast & courteous. Waiting area pleasant, and a donut was appreciated. The ride to nearby home (and return) was very appreciated. I'll be back.
Like hanging with friends!! On my fifth Honda! Service is first rate. I deal with the same service writer (Edwin), always treats me with respect. He is a true professional. As is Randy the mechanic, Rene the manager (always takes the time to come over to say hello), Rita asking if all is ok, and lets not forget Dom in sales. CPA For the purchase of a new CR-V, I was treated fairly and honestly by the sales staff. We agreed on a deal and I had done my homework prior to purchasing the vehicle. Once we agreed on the price, the paperwork was completed timely and efficiently. Excellent customer & car care Took my 2010 Accord in to have brakes checked. I had an appointment. I waited a while to see what the shop came up with, and then my service advisor approached me with a service manager. I was a bit nervous and was expected bad news. It was explained to me that the sounds I had been hearing (intermittently) were probably sand or dirt rubbing on the disk/rotor assembly. Not much anyone can do about that.
