The experience was a challenge for me! I went down to Dallas to close on this deal all the way from El Paso TX. John B the salesperson was incredibly attentive and communicative with me all the way from the beginning to the final sale! I appreciate the hospitality from the dealer and the salesperson. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle at an affordable price.

I recently purchased a vehicle for my daughter from Clay Cooley Nissan of Richardson, and unfortunately, the experience after signing the paperwork was very disappointing. First, I want to make other consumers aware that the “Family Guarantee” offered by the dealership comes at an additional cost. I had a really disappointing experience at Clay Cooley Nissan in Richardson. The customer service was terrible and the staff came across as very unprofessional. I honestly wish I had read the reviews before making the drive out there. One of the most frustrating parts was the lack of transparency—they don’t give you options or even discuss pricing upfront.
