Worst experience I have ever had sold me a lemon. After one day figured out they gave me a cheap key fob off Amazon, couldn't even lock my doors then the ac went out. I finally got a key after three weeks, now it won’t even drive. I asked what is the process of getting a loaner car then the salesman said it wasn’t in the contract, but apparently selling me a lemon is in the contract. I found a car on the Courtesy website that I was interested in. Ended up talking with Brad Krout. He was very helpful and reassuring to me about the condition of the car.
