The entire staff went above and beyond to help get us into a wonderful new car. Brie took great care of us and was very personable, along with the management and mechanics that made sure everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend their lot, even if you are a little ways out of being local. I am a 2 hour drive away, and while a specific car brought me in, when it's time for a new one, I'll be coming back.
Worst experience I have ever had sold me a lemon. After one day figured out they gave me a cheap key fob off Amazon, couldn't even lock my doors then the ac went out. I finally got a key after three weeks, now it won’t even drive. I asked what is the process of getting a loaner car then the salesman said it wasn’t in the contract, but apparently selling me a lemon is in the contract. Sold me a truck that didn’t even run more than a month and a half. I didn’t even have a chance to make my second payment before it broke down.I had gotten it in July and by the beginning of September it stopped working. I went into the dealership and asked if they could help but they proceeded to tell me I didn’t sign a warranty (when I did) they had rushed me through the paperwork and didn’t even get a chance to let me read through anything before throwing another thing at me to sign. they said that they weren’t responsible... read more
The wife and I went in today to look into trading one of our Jeeps,and were met with the best sales woman I've ever encountered. She was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and had the patience of a saint. I mean she did have to deal with my wife, so if you know her that speaks for itself. Basically, if you're in the market for a car, truck, or jeep April Niekamp is the woman you want to see. She's amazing.
I found a car on the Courtesy website that I was interested in. Ended up talking with Brad Krout. He was very helpful and reassuring to me about the condition of the car. We had many text and phone calls to which he replied in a timely manner. This was extremely difficult for me, considering I live 3 and 1/2 hours away. I was basically buying a car sight unseen.
