Always friendly and courteous. Bought my 16 Outlander from Tony and it was an easy and quick experience. He got me the price I wanted, along with all the amenities I needed plus more. The AWC is by far superior to many SUVS I've driven and it handles like a champ on ice and snow. I also purchased the free oil change pack to bring my warranty to 200k/20yrs.
