We went to Courtesy Mazda today looking for a reliable vehicle for our family after being sold a complete POS. The odometer had been tampered with, it was missing a drive shaft, and had transmission problems. Needless to say, we were weary of getting another used car in general. Fast callback about our online inquiry! Our Salesman Chris was super nice, patient and we were allowed to test drive without the salesman in the car. We were offered soda or water as soon as we walked in. Small family feel!! Pricing is very reasonable! Low pressure sales and easy financing! We left with a brand new 2015 Mazda CX-9 touring!
This is going to seem like a bit of a contradictory review because I ultimately went in a different direction with my recent purchase. however, my experience at Courtesy was so pleasant that I think it bears mentioning. I was vary satisfied with the sales department. My sales consultants name was Clint he was great there was no sales presser. Clint was vary helpful and not pushy. The car I drove was not the car for me, but I was so pleased with the staff that I gave them a list of my wants in a car and asked them to find it for me.
Bought a Mazda CX-5 today and the experience was great! I worked with Aspen and she was wonderful -- no pressure at all, very low-key, really trying to get me the car that I wanted. Not sure who everyone else was dealing with but my impression of this dealership was amazing. True customer service. I felt like they didn't just care about making a sale, they went above and beyond to ensure that I left happy. My boyfriend got the truck of his dreams and they worked SO hard to get him the lowest rate possible as well as working with his trade in to make everything financially possible. Excellent pricing, no hard sell, nice folks – Dealt with car dealers from Cheyenne to Denver for about three weeks, and Courtesy Mazda in Longmont not only gave us a price on a NEW 2011 model that was several hundred dollars less than an identical USED car with 30,000 miles, but they were (1) nice, (2) courteous, and (3) did almost everything by email, which I appreciated immensely.
