Last week I went in looking for a specific used car. Courtesy Mazda did not have it on their lot but the salesman and sales manager were very helpful and did not push me in to trying to get a different car. I had a great salesman help me while I was there. My husband and I just bought a car from this store a few weeks back. What a pleasant experience. We worked directly with the General Sales Manager Clarence. We ended up purchasing a Grand Touring and absolutely love it. We had a hard time deciding at first if the car was a good fit. Brought my Mazda CX7 in yesterday for a check engine light and Adam in the service department was outstanding. They didn't have the part I needed, but he check with another dealership in Lakewood and gave me all the information I needed to get it done there. He was very informative and answered all of my questions and even gave me some tips on helping my car run a little better. I have been to Courtesy Mazda multiple times to look at a couple different Mazda models. The staff is always very welcoming and easing going. I ended up going with a Mazda Cx-9. Best buying experience I have ever had, car sales wise. The salesman I worked with was not pushy and gave me a great deal. Very friendly service! Worked with Matthew at first who was very friendly and took his time to make sure I was getting a good deal. Also worked with Ethan from financing, he was very easy to work with, gave me a lot of options and overall it was a very good buying experience.
