Wow, where to begin! Iv'e bought many cars in my time and i can tell you I really hate the process of buying one, especially dealing with inexperienced and pushy salesman. On June 20, 2014 I visited Courtesy in Henderson to see about having my Isuzu Axium repaired which I purchased here new 12 yrs ago. It being no longer manufactured, key parts were not available so Ed in the service dept. referred me to Derrel Ware when I asked about trading it in. Mr. Ware was wonderful. I recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 from Courtesy in Henderson. The staff was professional and I got a decent deal on the car. They even worked with me to clear some negative equity from my last car. I just bought a 2014 Kia Sorento sxl. I love it. I can't believe all extra's it came with. I don't think there is one thing I don't have in this vehicle. It's amazing. I highly recommend this car. Went in today 12/23/13 to check out and test drive a mazda3. Not going to lie I was preparing myself to be bullied a bit, as I've been looking for a car for a few months and test drove a mazda3 at the centennial location and was pushed a bit time was wasted and I walked out. 5++ Stars ALL the way....from the min we pulled into the lot!! After shopping at many other lots and facing numerous rude salesman and dishonest dealership, it was refreshing to shop at a dealership were everyone was ever so professional and informative. I agree with many of the people here. They took me for a serious ride on my vehicle. I was forced to get out of it two months later. They overcharged me up the behind, refused to return phone calls and lied to me about aspects of the contract.
