Daisy and Hany were so amazing! They were funny and really engaging. I even forgot that I was getting a car for a moment because they had just the greatest customer service. Everyone at Henderson Mazda was actually really helpful and super nice. Hany and Daisy helped me buy my first car and really took care of me and settled any worry that I had as a first time buyer. This is the first time I have visited this dealership let alone purchased a Mazda. They have very friendly and knowledgable staff with little pressure to buy. I met with Jesse Quintero as the salesman who showed me several vehicles. Nice selection of cars and SUVs priced right for all options. I was offered a good trade in value for my truck, which lowered the price to a very affordable monthly payment. Jesse did a great job. His interpersonal skills were showcased. If he did not know an answer, he went and looked it up instead of "faking" it. I have to say buying/leasing a Mazda has been overall an amazing experience. And we have leased four times now!
My sales person was Dave Smith. From the initial phone conversation to close of the deal, Dave was a pleasure to work with. There were no pressure sales tactics used by Dave, plus he was very patient with my 9 year old grandson who was getting very impatient.. as 9 year old boys do. However, at the end of the deal there were a couple of misunderstandings regarding the purchase. I went in to look, and drove off in a Mazda 3. Nate Sugarman was most knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He was never pushy. Finance was an easy and quick process. I would definitely go back to Courtesy Mazda in Henderson when buying my next car. Love my Mazda 3!
