We had the best experience we’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Paul Burgess was great to work with! Highly recommend!
They charged $89 for the in cabin air filter and I found out they are only $17.99 at auto zone for the best they have. They charged basically $70 just to open the glove box. Their labor prices are outrageous and they don’t charge for the actual labor time, if so it would have been about $5 labor and $17 for filter.

My 2019 EcoSport had been on a recall for a long time. I received a call from Logan in the service dept. about my car. Within a few weeks I was in a loaner vehicle, my car repaired and no longer worried about the recall. Logan was very helpful with that.
