Steve Huffman was the best!! He was so helpful in getting me the right car! Helped me through every step of the process. Couldn't have asked for a better car salesman.
We finally purchased a new Lincoln after 24 years with my first one. Courtesy has treated us very well and Scott helped us through the process without being a pushy salesman. Even when he was unavailable Brandon and Travis jumped right in to help with whatever we needed. Rob in the body shop is friendly and very detail minded. He helped us out with things we hadn’t even noticed yet and we would have been upset about had we noticed later. A good group of people!
It was fast and the staff were really helpful, even pointing out that i had some ford points was unaware of and that lowered my bill. Thankyou !
Excellent place for service to our Lincoln cars regardless of whether the car was purchased from Courtesy Ford/Lincoln. My car was purchased there in 2020; our 2nd Lincoln was not.
