Very convenient from a standpoint of at home servicing. A minor billing issue was quickly resolved. Would highly recommend Courtesy Ford for service work
I had an appointment at 10am for an oil change and an alignment if it needed it since it's been a while. I tried to call the service department throughout the day to get an updated ETA only to be met with AI that couldn't get me an answer. They finished the oil change at 4:54pm and did an alignment when the vehicle was off by -.01 and -.02 and charged me for that. They did shuttle me home at least in an Uber that smelled like someone had vomit inside of it.
Had my 2024 F350 King Ranch DRW serviced for 22,500 mile oil change, and was a little disappointed in the "Multi Point Inspection", One tire was 5 pounds over inflated, my cabin filter was dirty and not advised, engine air filter dirty and not advised, so I am thinking they were never checked, and I have been having my trucks serviced there for over seven years
Sabina was nice and respectful! Car buying experience was awesome! Had all my questions and concerns answere, didn’t feel pressured to purchase. Love that girl!
