Theo is amazing... He goes above and beyond with his service and flexibility. Not only does he somehow fit you in to his crazy schedule, he helps with others things (like changing locks) when he knows it's needed. Amazing company.
Had an appointment scheduled, message him the day before to ask for a time frame, no response, messaged him the day of the appointment and finally got a response he said he forgot so we rescheduled for another appointment , texted the day before the appointment no response.
Called them to ask for plumbing service, they rudely handed me a inappropriate gmail address saying "we don't care we're busy find someone else". Still can't figure out what did they mean..
I had a broken water pipe I called several plumbers in town the soonest somebody could get out was about 3-4 days out Theo was able to come out the next day and fix my pipe,highly recommend his company
