Called Ron after accidentally closing the garage door on my bike rack (attached to my car), bending the bottom section of the door out a little. Josh arrived at my house within 10 minutes from my phone call and spent 10-15 minutes checking everything and giving me (free) honest advice on what he would do if this was his door. He gave me the option to replace the bottom section but said he didn’t think it needed it and with a bit of work straightening out the bottom, it’ll be just fine. Avoid the up-sell - STAY AWAY!! Needed new garage door remote and they tried to up-sell and were very discourteous. Not acceptable behavior. Found an honest garage door shop in Highlands Ranch on Google.
