Called Ron after accidentally closing the garage door on my bike rack (attached to my car), bending the bottom section of the door out a little. Josh arrived at my house within 10 minutes from my phone call and spent 10-15 minutes checking everything and giving me (free) honest advice on what he would do if this was his door. Avoid the up-sell - STAY AWAY!! Needed new garage door remote and they tried to up-sell and were very discourteous. Not acceptable behavior. Found an honest garage door shop in Highlands Ranch on Google.
