My name is Selena Rodriguez and I have been a customer of Courtesy Chevrolet since Aug 2013. I do usually bring it to get serviced because so I don't have to deal with any problems or problems that may occur. My advisor is MIKE BIGGS, I recommend him to anyone wanting to fully know about any issues with their car. He is by far the best advisor I have ever had. I appreciate everything he did for me & my car.
There was no notification when my Traverse was ready. Had to call Mr. Jones twice with no answer and finally another service technician provide me information that it was completed. I was told it would take 2 hours but instead it took over 8 hours.
Jim provided wonderful service. He performed the preventative maintenance that I asked and called me right away when he found the source of the problem. He didn't try and sell me any extra stuff and he was able to get my vehicle fixed the same day. I would ask for Jim Garity again to be my rep.
service advisor was Mike Biggs. Experience was good and I am satisfied with the way things went.
My experience today was great, I brought in my Malibu for an oil change and my service professional was very helpful.
It was great! Martha was very helpful with the checkout of my vehicle. Curt was very thorough whith the repair.
Angela was my service advisor for a new remote and oil change. She was very courteous and all went well except I had a very long (2 hrs) wait time
it's always great coming in here the service is wonderful always on top of things
Recall item on the 2015 suburban. Got me in and out very quickly. Great to work with.
