Outstanding customer service Please be advised that Dean provided outstanding service. He verified what my appointment was for and I asked him to check into a few things while I waited such as tire prices and a price for a part that I needed. He was more than happy to do so and was very pleasant to work with.
Above the rest! After leaving a Ford dealership, we were very disappointed with the reps and their knowledge. We then came to Lou Bachrodt and there was no comparison. Our salesman and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We bought our vehicle here!!!
