Outstanding service and price I have rented from Courtesy for the last 3 years during the summer. They have always handled my reservation properly. I have received great vehicles at a fair price. I have comapred them to renting at the airport and I know i save about 200 on my 10 day or so rentals. They even went out of their way to wait for me when my flight was delayed this year. I can recommend Courtesy Car Rental without hesitation.

Excellent Customer Service I have been renting vehicles here for the past 3 years, 1-2x a month for business travel. They have always gone out of their way to have a vehicle ready for me upon short notice,and the cars are always clean and run well. I had a tire go flat on me upon one occasion and they instantly reimbursed me when i got back to the shoppe. They have been very courteous and easy to work with over the years, no probpems ever. Terrible experience: wrong vehicle, overcharged, no customer service We rented a minivan for a youth group trip. After a thorough conversation with the salesman, we decided to pay $100 more for an extended minivan with roof rack and DVD player. When we got there (after we paid and signed), they showed us the vehicle (NOT extended). When we complained, they said they were out of extended (even though I had reserved it two months ago). awesome place to rent Courtesy car rental has been renting to me and a friend since November 1995. We fly up from Florida a couple times a year to go hunting and fishing, and Courtesy has the perfect set up for us. I usually have my trips planned months in advance and give them a call once the plans are set and they have never forgot about me, the van is always ready to go. Great Job I needed to rent a van, called and was setup very easily and quickly. The rates were good and the van was in clean and in good shape. It rent there again!
