I have purchased 16 vehicles in my life and Courtesy Cadillac is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with! I would never buy another vehicle with them. It started in Sales-a big problem that could have been avoided is having inspections done on used cars right when they come in, not after the customer purchases. It was raining and I was out searching for a car. Justin came outside in the rain to assist me. He was so kind and gentle. I did not feel pressured into buying a car. He is the best go and ask for Justin. I drove off in less than 3 hours with a 2025 Cadillac ct4 .
