I have purchased 16 vehicles in my life and Courtesy Cadillac is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with! I would never buy another vehicle with them. It started in Sales-a big problem that could have been avoided is having inspections done on used cars right when they come in, not after the customer purchases.
