Ordered an Escalade in January. I put the necessary down payment to order. I have been calling and emailing for weeks now to check on a build or start date. I’m only asking for an update. No call back or email. It has been 4 months since I ordered. The sales manager is never available and the sales lady, Carla, says she is going to check on it, but doesn’t. If this is the service you get before the sale, imagine the service after the sale!
Went to change my oil and rotate tires. I marked my tires. Tires not rotated. I addressed the issue with the service manager. She apologized. FYI: PLEASE MARK YOUR TIRES WHEN GETTING A ROTATION The same incident happen a month later when my husband brought our second cadillac for oil change and ROTATION
