If i could give them a 0 stars i would!! Brought a 2017 Dodge Journey from these people. Worst decision of my life!! Had nothing but trouble with that car! Transmission was slipping from day 1, it had 4 diferrent, VERY USED tires on it. Had to bring it back the next day to get an oil change and an atenna put on it because, I didn't notice until i got home, there was no antenna on it!! I drove four hours to buy a vehicle that had a clean Carfax only to find that it had been repainted from one of the other and poorly at that. The dealership flat out lied about the condition of this vehicle. Untrustworthy! If they’re still marketing, the 2018 Toyota TRD pro beware! It is not what they say it is.
Ordered an Escalade in January. I put the necessary down payment to order. I have been calling and emailing for weeks now to check on a build or start date. I’m only asking for an update. No call back or email. It has been 4 months since I ordered. The sales manager is never available and the sales lady, Carla, says she is going to check on it, but doesn’t. If this is the service you get before the sale, imagine the service after the sale!
