This is not really a car dealer!!! This is why...I had a bad experience with this place. I had gone there and was outside walking around for 20 minutes until someone came out and helped us. We stood around the car we wanted for 10 min and then waited 10 min for them to come out. Absurd. Salesman came out and told us about the vehicle we wanted and we told him we would offer \$13000 for a \$15000 (2009 Dodge Journey with 106,000 miles) car. I experienced the WORST customer service that Ive had in my life. The finance manager is a butt hole. He was very rude and asked information (like where did I get my down payment from) as if he felt I got it from somewhere illegal! I understand my credit situation but that doesnt mean that you get to treat me any kind of way. I totally understand why you see the same cars on their parking lot. I totally would NOT reccommend them to anyone!!!!
I had an insurance lapse and they repossed my car while I was moving...there repo man stole all my clothes and my laptop computer...I called police and made a report and got nowhere...I didn t even have clothes to wear to work the next day...they are crooks in every sense of the word
CMAC are crooks!! Do not go to them! They will screw you! They screwed me, I bought a truck from them years ago and payed it off and was never late or missed a payment. I went back to them last year and bought a car, they gave me the run-around and wouldnt deal and were rude. I was going to go somewhere else but my wife had her heart set on the car we were looking at so I bought it, financed again through CMAC. Had a really good experience there and got into the exact car I was looking for. I also got a free year warranty. I love My car and Mitch helped me find a great rate for my insurance. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a good used car from a dealer that will stand by it.
I love this place, I am new to the country had a credit rating of zero and yet the guys at courtesy auto park managed to approve me for a car loan with a fantastic monthly payment as well and this was after being turned down all over town. I have had the car for 6 months now and the only problem I have had so far is a replacement bulb for one of the headlights, I recently had a complete checkover of the car and it had ZERO problems. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM AND 3 WEEKS LATER A BALL JOINT BROKE WHILE I WAS DRIVING. THE MECHANIC SAID 3 OF THE FOUR BALL JOINTS WERE SEVERELY BAD. COST ME \$952.00 BUCKS. SO OF COURSE I DIDNT HAVE MONEY TO PAY MY FIRST CAR PAYMENT AND THEY REPOED MY CAR WHILE I WAS AT WORK. \$457.00 TO GET IT BACK WITH A \$175.00 TOW FEE AND \$166.00 IN NON PAYMENT FEE. I went there and walked around for about 20 minutes before I was finally able to talk to anyone. Then when I finally did, they acted like they didnt want to sell me a car if I didnt have atleast \$1000 or a trade-in. I found another place up the street that was willing to work with me and was willing to accept my money. I dont recommend these people, theyre not what they claim to be.
