We have been looking for a truck for many months, find one there, 4wd, crew cab dodge **** although not exactly what we wanted we drove it, around town doesn't allow much but it seemed fine. Did receive my deposit back, barely. Lost money on the truck they hid when I dropped it off or the repairs. I had personal property on truck, plus minor repairs I had done when I first purchased it, which they would not reimburse me for. In fact when we went to get talk to them and get our deposit they had the truck hid. They now have the truck back on the lot for sale even though the engine is not good. We purchased a 2000 Jeep Wrangler from this dealer in February. We live in Las Vegas and drove down just to purchase this vehicle. They have a clause that says if you find something majorly wrong with the vehicle within 500 miles, you can bring it back and they'll fix it. We used up most of that mileage driving it back to Las Vegas. The check engine light came on as we were driving back to Las Vegas. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership recently. I thought at the beginning that everything was up front. When I drove the vehicle off the lot, I found more than $2200 worth of major issues that needed to be addressed. A few items that the vehicle I bought were needed, such as busted CV boot, damaged shocks, radiator hoses both upper and lower leaking, warped rotors, leaking transfer case, leaking struts, tires that were completely out of balance, and more issues also. Way over priced, all the bad things are just masked over so be careful. Management sucks and just wants your money and get you out the door, they do not care about return customers. If you need something fixed that you find wrong it's like a war to get it handled. Super fake and greedy people.
