Courtenay was a fantastic realtor. Off the bat, she was very understanding of me working night shifts and she made sure to have all of our appointments early in the morning when I got off work. As a new home buyer she was able to explain terminology and processes clearly and in an understandable way. Whenever I had a question or concern she pursued getting answers or resolutions no matter how small the issue. I would 100% recommend Courtenay to anyone buying or selling a home!
I recommend Courtenay Fults for any prospective home buyers. When we first reached to Courtenay with a few houses we had seen online, it was a Sunday morning. By that afternoon we were meeting up to see that list. I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround but that was an excellent first impression. Every other time we reached out she was quick to respond and find us information on any houses as well as provide her own recommendations within our budget.
