My rating might not normally be associated with dentistry, so read on. Called to see Dr Heck abt a tooth which seemed to have lost a small filling; I'm sure you know small things feel to a tongue! Was in his office soon to learn that he could fix the problem with a quick and painless grinding/polishing. Whew! Very pleased and released. And the staff was great by laughing with me abt my concern. No problem!!!
Five star staff and services! At Court Street I get a first class cleaning every six months, with useful advice about caring for my teeth in the interim. Dr. Heck's guidance recently helped me through the diagnosis and successful treatment of an unusual resorption defect that threatened loss of a tooth.
I had a broken filling replaced. I got the appt quickly and the whole, painless deal took less than 40 min. Dr. Dave and staff are a super toothcare team.
Dr. Heck and his very professional, caring and kind staff have once again reinforced my commitment to ensuring that my dental health is of utmost importance. I thank Dr. Heck each time I visit for turning my dental health history around a few years ago.
