very responsive matience + the property management is great & very nice to work with. The apartment itself is also lovely and has been the nicest place I've lived in up in Corvallis so far. Our first months rent was waived as a bonus for moving in the day we signed the lease & honestly, it's just been such a good experience after two very not so good experiences, I am very grateful to be able to call the Avery my home.
