Went to tour an apartment today. Immediately smelled like cat urine. They had the actual unit all “staged” which was odd. Sara seemed like she never smelled anything bad in here before!? It’s been on the market for awhile. I would not waste my time. She seemed so dishonest after that. When I walked in and asked if cats had been there before…. You could hear her gulp and silence! I have no clue how they have the ratings and reviews they do.
The management at The Court are top tier. Very responsive and kind. They go out of their way to foster community such as throwing Halloween parties and hosting a food drive during the government shutdown. The maintenance team is equally excellent.
The property management staff are friendly and responsive. Highly recommend. Also, love Freya’s enthusiasm and she’s doing an amazing job.
