I love The Court at Northgate. I've lived here 6 yrs now & it just gets better & better. The management & leasing office crew is awesome. Our maintenance crew is top tier. And we have a gorgeous pool for those hot summer days. When you're looking for reasonable rent in Seattle, you'll find this place to be quite a gem!
I have been with the building for 10 years and I can say with confidence that this is an amazing place to live long term. The building is secure, the land lord is very understanding and ready to help when needed, the apartments are space ish and well renovated, and It has a very friendly community in the building. I tell all my friends to live here and I believe other people should rent here too!
Been living here since 2022, and I love it. Management here is great. They are very understanding and responsive to any questions or concerns. The other tenants are mindful of quiet hours, so you don’t hear much going on. Management does their best at keeping the building secure. We are close to literally everything. The northgate station is close, so getting into the city is easy. I recommend this place; if you’re new to the area.
5 star apartments! managers are so kind and helpful, maintenance is always on top of it.
Good apartments. I live here almost 2.5 years. I'm not driving,so it's a good location because stores is near to apartments as bus stops and light rails.
