Mathew is not a talented listener, which is a giant red flag for his line of work. I would go as far to say he is a poor communicator in general. Every time our time was up he would say "I gotta go," and then hang up on me as I was saying goodbye. Every time we spoke I was answering the same questions. Extremely bad at communicating and honoring scheduled appointments. This guy scheduled a session with me, then changed it the day before without even telling me. I left work early for it after having the date noted in my calendar for a month. I get the feeling he hates what he does for a living.
