I used countywide for an AC checkup last year. The tech was great. Answered all my question and even gave me some troubleshooting advise should any small issues arise. This winter my nest service sent an email to have my furnace checked because it was 'misfiring'. I called and had a technician come out. Matt the owner contacted me and explained my options.
