Everybody courteous. Good showroom. Delivery guys delivered with care, no scratch on fridge or stove. Planning to purchase more appliances!

My go to place for all my appliance and A/V needs. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. They go out of their way to service their customers and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!
My wife and I have been customers of County TV & Appliance in Stamford for more than 30 years. We are pleased with their choice of manufacturers, product lines, competitive pricing and customer service. Most recently, our shopping experience and customer service experience while working with Sean Rosen and Jason Pechora was top-notch. County's Audio and Video installer, Patrick, was thorough, quite competent, and careful while working in our home during a recent installation.
Very good sales people. Fair prices. Did get upset that we bought a dishwasher the Sunday before Black Friday and asked if there would be a better deal. We were told that these were the deals, nothing better. Later we got a flyer which had the same discounts as we got but included installation, worth $ 155.00 Our salesman did not know about that. Not his fault and we got good service but would have liked to have known about the free installation on certain models which would have influenced our decision.
