GREAT LOCAL BUSINESS My experience was fantastic! It was nothing like the previous reviews. The managers were very helpful and knowledgeable. My appliances were delivered on time on without any problems at all. I would definitely visit again!

Unlike some stores which sell only the named ones, County tv and Appliance offers a wide selection. There are floor models whch you can buy at bargain prices. They undertake repairs of your faulty equipments too. Lots of choices while shopping for TVs, VCRs and other audio-video equipment. I was not very happy with the customer service though. Worst Customer Service in all of CT The worst Customer service in all of CT... I was amazed by the lack of effort and customer service. Mangers are RUDE! My appliance wasn't not even a year old and i brought the extended warranty. Unbelievable!!
Worst appliance buying experience ever!!! Buyer beware!! No customer service. No interest in fixing their screw ups. Worst in the area!!! Bought a new freestanding range from County TV & Appliance in Stamford. First they delivered the wrong one. Then made me wait four days for new delivery date. On the new delivery date, FOUR hours AFTER it was supposed to be delivered we called the store and literally, some flunky answered the phone at County TV and said, "Everybody is too busy right now." Honest and trust worthy placess We have been purchasing products from County TV & Appliance for many years. Our purchases have included TVs, cameras, washers / dryers, vacuum cleaner, a whole new kitchen worth of appliances and pretty much most that we have needed for our home and local business. county tv & appliance customer service Very disappointing customer service! I have been a loyal customer since 1990, purchasing 11 high end appliances from County. In Sept '08 I purchased a Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine (was up-sold in the store) for $999. 4 months off of 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty it is now leaking heavily with each load. DO NOT BUY HERE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!! Wish I had read the numerous negative Google reviews before giving them my money. After taking time off from work seven times for their repair people to come, and after the last repairman said he could not fix our washer, they still refuse to replace it or to even give a loaner while they try yet again to get it fixed. Service contract says repair or replace but they refuse to replace and seem unable to repair.

This was my second purchase. The first was a dishwasher. This time I had to replace my 30 year old GE Profile gas stove. Elio sent someone to the house to be sure that the new stove would fit. Gabriella checked to be sure that I got the model I wanted. Very professional! I highly recommend County TV & Appliance.
