Best bbq in town! Authentic Texas brisket and amazing sides. Wish they had a full restaurant but well worth the drive to wherever the truck is.

Ugh, we went on Wednesday at 1 PM, the only day they're supposed to be open, and no food truck. 😩 I asked the guy inside, and he said they changed the hours. They won't be here until 4 PM. 🤦♀️ A simple update posting your new hours would have been helpful. Oh well, maybe next time.
