This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with any business facility. It took over an hour just to set up the units because of repeated account errors. When I went to move into the first unit, it was already occupied, which required another hour in the office to get a different unit assigned. Do not use them. They signed me up at $110 a month. Over the last 5 months my price has gone up to 165. They just increase whenever they want to month by month. I called and talked to an employee and asked why. He said “idk what to tell you. I asked who I needed to talk to and he said “idk who you need to talk to”. I work on the road so I haven’t had a chance to move all of my stuff but he basically said I can’t help you and idk who you need to reach out to.
