I brought my car in for an estimate only, and did not consent to repairs. I was told that the estimate would be done and I should hear back from Kevin later that day (Monday) or perhaps the next day (Tuesday). I heard nothing from until I called Kevin on Thursday asking for an update and an idea as to when I could pick up my car. I was told I needed to keep my car there and I provided Kevin with more of an update than they were able to provide me.
