awesome staff great prices
hard working employees, great prices and are willing to ship parts...CJ helped me get all the parts for my HHR
Dennis the owner and Enoch the shipping manager went above and beyond to remedy my shipping issues. They personally called me and made sure all was well. They handled everything with professionalism and grace. Can not say enough about my experience with them! Support them with your business, you will not be disappointed
Such a mess! The salesman Kip did not order my wheel when instructed to, then ordered a steel wheel instead of aluminum, then gave me a poor quality wheel when I wanted and paid for the premium quality one! He became defensive when I called to inquire what was taking so long for the wheel to be delivered to my local tire stor as well. It should never ever take 2 weeks for a wheel to be ordered and delivered! I will never ever do business with this place again!
I bought a motor for a Ford Sport Trac, $1250, I paid $1500 to have it installed the motor had less then 3000 miles on it and it quit on the way to Rolla from Butler white smoke from under the hood and immediately shut down and pulled over. The vehicle had no high temperature before the white smoke, towed back to Butler to the mechanic who did the work County Line says it was run hot and it voids warranty. Beware they wont honor their motors.
this is a very professional crew with an excellent staff they went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend them to anyone was very pleased with the customer service I received.
These guys rock! We have bought parts from them and sold them a vehicle. Out of six companies I called they offered way more than anyone else. Keep up the great work guys and girls!
They have been very helpful when I'm looking for used parts. It's always been about half the cost or less of a new one too.
This is the greatest place anywhere around for used auto parts. I regularly deal with them and they go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. If I screw up and order the wrong part, they are still happy to help and get me to correct part I need. They are also connected with a vast majority of other salvage yards so even if they don't have what you need they'll find it for you. If you need salvage auto parts, County Line is the place to call.
