RecommendedThe most wonderful vet we have experienced and as being a military family that’s traveled around they are by far the best. In APR 2017 we had to lay to rest our beautiful 12 yr old beagle and instead of just saying, “well we are sorry for your loss” they stood there with me and hugged me as I cried as my husband was still stationed in CA at the time. MY mom is the manager here an i thank her and the staff for taking care of my 3 cat an they do very great with nokie. He's even more happy an playful, less aggressive after his treatments. Love u so much mom your doing a wonderful job an thank u to the staff 😽😽❤
Great staff, great doctors, and Carmen does an excellent job of grooming our fur kids. We have been coming here for 20yrs and are very grateful for everyone there.
Our 2 Labs, Mocha and Cocoa, had another great visit with Dr. Bowman. Our girls don't get out much and Dr. Bowman is so patient and good with them both. He saved Mocha for us a few years ago with an emergency hysterectomy for pyometria and spayed Cocoa for us. He's such a wonderful and caring veterinarian and person.
So not impressed with the front desk staff. They don’t acknowledge you have even walked in the door. Never look up, continue taking to each other. Knowing I am sitting in the front waiting for assistance sends the other girl to lunch. All they have said to this point is sign in and wait. Been waiting since Friday for a prescription refill, they are supposed to call and no call I had to initiate the call to check the refill status. Since this is the first impression of the office it should be much better.
They saw us as a last minute patient for 2 of our kitties. We were so grateful as were going out of state the next day & worried we might have to cancel our trip. To top it off, the next day was a holiday & everything would be closed. We were so stressed out. They helped our babies & everything worked out. Trip went as planned & our babies are feeling great!!! Great staff & wonderful doctors!!!
