RecommendedCounty Line Animal Hospital is a great place for your pets. Dr Gresham is so caring!! He’s the newest vet there. We don’t even live near the area, but Dr Gresham comes to our part of TX now & then and he always reaches out to check on our goats and other animals. He cares about his patients and feels the pain of sadness when situations are not at their best. I would recommend him to all the people I know!!! Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone using COUNTY LINE ANIMAL HOSPITAL. We took our bunny in to be neutered last week. Before going in we had asked the typical questions before taking an animal in. Do y’all have experience with this animal? Have you done many of these surgeries? We were ensured they were VERY experienced. When asked if we had a doctor preference I said we were not too picky, just whoever had the most extensive experience with rabbits. Someone brought them a microchipped dog, one that belonged to a well known and reputable rescue in the area. Instead of retuning the dog to the owner, they demanded that it be “signed over” and given to the family that brought in the dog and wanted it. Something is VERY wrong with this picture. Isn’t this the purpose of a microchip to return your pet to you? Shady business practices going on here no doubt.
My fur baby died in their hands. we went back 3 times & they never told me what was wrong. The last time we went they wanted me to leave her overnight and wanted me to sign a form they weren't responsible. said she looked OK and just wanted to monitor asked for $1000. plus whatever would be needed,meds, test etc. I brought her home because I can tell they didn't examine her since they said she stood up fine no pain and brought her back laying in her crate in the same position. She died 2 hours later.
They are professional, competent, and compassionate. Our puppy ran into a rod iron rocking chair at about midnight and Dr. Gresham came in and took care of her. I LOVE THIS HOSPITAL!!
Absolutely amazing service. We had to put my daughters dog down and there cremation service and paw prints we amazing. The people there were so nice and let her be there through the process so he didn't go alone. He is now home in a beautiful box. He will be waiting for her at The Rainbow Bridge. Thank you!!
