Do NOT live here unless you're absolutely desperate. If you lived in CG before and are thinking of coming back, think again. Helpful staff, quiet area, spacious apartments and great prices for the area.
If you enjoy the smell of mold and marijuana than this is the place for you. Even the management office smells like marijuana. Complained multiple times to Cassie, the property manager, she couldn't care less, said she put in a work order. That was 8 months ago. No one has come to do anything about it.
