The lady who helped was phenomenal! She helped over the phone hundreds of miles away to get what I needed. I can't thank her enough.
Ruby and Tammy did an exception job in assisting me. I drove from Houston to get birth certificates. They searched for each certificate in their system and gave thorough instructions and directions so we could get the certificates with ease. They went above and beyond.
