I am NOT satisfied with my results and question the accuracy. My results state NOT DETECTED on the 18 panel at home hair test, however I take medication DAILY. I have for the last 5 months. I called customer service to ask why that is and was told that maybe I didn't meet the cutoff for the detection window. Do not order from this company! There is NO "sophisticated lab" to send your sample off to. They purposely leave out the vial that you ship back to them. Their is NO customer service, there phone numbers are all disconnected, and there is NO pharmatech.com. look at their last 10 reviews all negative 1star. What kind of company doesn't even respond to those... A scammy one!
