Does anyone know what the lease agreement is for this place?
been here 5 years now and ever since they were bought out by merion I ve had nothing but issues. maintenance issues not properly fixed, and an overall corporate environment. closing on a house soon and was told there is no wiggle room on leaving lease 2 months early, even with being an outstanding tenant and the unfixed water damage in my apartment for past year.
RecommendedSo expensive and neighbors always complain!!!! People don’t pick up after their dogs!!!!!

Best day of my life moving out of these disgusting apartments today. Sorry to the people who have to live here. Never in my life have I been so miserable living in these cheaply made apartments. I will no longer have to be harassed by management or the trashy neighbors I have had. moved in at the end of December of 2017. First time in my life living in a complex or community apartments for a long time for many years always live in a standalone residence. At the beginning was afraid of living in a apartment but from the leaser manager Chastity with her outstanding support to the neighbors and best is pet friendly. Love every detail everything so far. great experience feel like I'm always in vacation with their amenities. Cant wait for the summer and enjoy the pool as well. Very happy
Very nice development, right on the city bus route. Apartments are well built and well maintained. We are very comfortable here. We have 2 cats, and also enjoy the Comcast cable.

We love love love our apartment!! Such a safe neighborhood for our kids to play in and the office staff is so helpful and responsive. Plus the units are fairly large and updated!
